Memphis Really Swings!
Hometown of 1930's band leader Jimmie
Lunceford, as well as many other great jazz & blues musicians, Memphis
today boasts a tight-knit community of Lindy Hoppers. Red Hot Lindy Hop
teaches lessons weekly, hosts twice monthly dances, & facilitates public
dance experiences at least monthly. There are also great live Blues bars
in Memphis, most of which have music that's suitable for Lindy, Balboa,
Charleston and East/West Coast Swing (as well as Blues Dancing, of course).
See www.RedHotLindyHop.com
